date of payment
— all items listed are onhand unless otherwise stated.
PAYO = pay WITHIN the day, NOT "pay in 24 hours"
— for 3 days reservation, a non-refundable 25% down payment is required.
full payment (PAYO) or down payment (reservation) must be settled on the day the order confirmation (OC) is received.
— please inform me in advance if you need more time to make your payment.
pasalo is okay if buyer cannot push through with the order, but item must be paid for first.
late payments, without extension requests or valid reasons, will incur an extra ₱20 charge per day beyond the payment deadline.
shipping and packing fees
— strictly no rush shipping.
— buyers are responsible for shouldering the shipping fees.
— a packing fee of only ₱15 for small items or ₱20 for large items will be applied.
— if a buyer hasn't requested shipment within one month from the payment date, the items will be made available for sale again.
— rest assured that i will take great care in safely and securely packaging your items.
item condition
— the condition of the item will always be disclosed by me.
— i will always send a photo proof of the items before sending the order confirmation.
— a condition video can be requested from me before i send the order confirmation if one was not provided beforehand.
cancellations
— if a buyer cancels an order after the order confirmation (OC) is sent, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total price will be applied.
orders not paid on time or failing to pay the cancellation fee will result in the buyer being blocked and posted as a "bogus buyer".
manage your expectations
— please understand that i'm not a shop. just a bns account that occasionally declutters merch.
— buyers are not entitled to freebies or aesthetic packaging. my main concern is to make sure the packaging is secure enough to not be damaged in transit.
— buyers who complain about not getting freebies or aesthetic packaging will immediately be blocked.


✧ damages & refunds ✧

damages
— i am NOT liable for damages caused by the courier mishandling.
— i am ONLY liable for damages that i did not disclose or damages caused by poor packaging.
— in the case of sealed or unsealed albums, i am NOT liable for any damages on the outer box/sleeve/packaging that are thin, flimsy, or fragile unless it was severely damaged due to poor packaging. an album's outer box/sleeve/packaging are meant to protect the contents within.
unboxing videos
— to substantiate claims related to damages caused by my failure to disclose damages or poor packaging, an unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO PROOF = NO REFUNDS
— all unboxing videos should start before the parcel bag is opened to confirm that any damages occurred were not due to courier mishandling.
— if the unboxing video begins after the parcel bag is opened, any potential refunds will be null and void.
refunds
— please be aware that I will NOT provide refunds for items damaged due to courier mishandling.
— the shipping fees that the buyer has already paid will NOT be included in the refund amount.
— if a buyer decides to cancel the order, full payments and down payments will NOT be refunded if said payments have already been paid for.
— buyers who haven't requested shipment of their items within a month will NOT be eligible for a refund.
— the standard refund offered is a PARTIAL refund, ranging from a minimum of 20% to a maximum of 75% of the item price, depending on the extent of the damage. the total partial refund can and should be discussed with me first.
— a FULL refund is possible, but the buyer must agree to return the item to me, with the shipping fee covered by me.

re: full refunds
20%-75% of the item price will be refunded immediately, depending on the severity of the damage as per PARTIAL refund guidelines above.
— the remaining total refund will only be reimbursed after the item has safely arrived at my address without any additional damages beyond what was originally reported by the buyer.
— if the item arrives with more damages than initially reported by the buyer, the outstanding balance of the refund will NOT be provided unless this damage was caused by courier mishandling.
